Why an Asian IT graduate can not find a job in Adelaide, Australia?

Save my bachelor degree network, I have a certificate professional training program. I specialize in web site development, ecommerce solutions and SEO. I have done two internships in two IT companies and many volunteers for IT work experience. I have sent 300 applications in the recent three months. I just got an interview. I wrote to the company to provide lots website development and Internet marketing services, I have not had any response. Do these companies discriminate against me because I am in Adelaide an Asian or foreign? I am now feeling very depressed. Can anyone help? Thanks
