I used Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 to plan a photo shoot with the Cleveland Clinic Critical Care Transport team and their Sikorsky S-76 helicopters. We used the sim to set up shots and brief flight crews before the missions. This saved time and fuel, and minimized the chance that one of the helicopters would have to leave mid-shoot for an emergency call.
